COVID-19 Patient Protocols
Patient safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- If you suffer from cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
- If you reside with someone who is currently under quarantine for COVID, please reschedule your appointment.
- Patients may be accompanied by one guest into the building, including children. Guests will be asked to remain in the waiting area unless needed for physical assistance or interpretation.
- Masks are mandatory until further notice. Masks must remain over the mouth and nose throughout the visit.
