Sarah Amundson, PA-C,

Sarah Amundson, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong clinical background in ophthalmology and a special interest in oculoplastics and aesthetics. A Memphis native, Sarah is proud to care for patients in the community she calls home and is committed to providing personalized and attentive care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi College, graduating magna cum laude with academic concentrations in biology and kinesiology. After graduation, she returned to Memphis and joined Eye Specialty Group, where she worked for two years as a certified ophthalmic assistant. During that time, she gained extensive experience in general ophthalmology, oculoplastics, and refractive procedures, which deepened her interest in specialized eye care. Sarah went on to complete her medical training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, earning a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies through the College of Medicine. Her blend of academic excellence and hands-on clinical experience allows her to offer thoughtful, thorough care to every patient she serves. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She is excited to continue growing in her role at Eye Specialty Group and helping patients look, feel, and see their best.
